  3. How do I call someone from my TravelSIM?

The Golden Rule:  Always dial the full international number no matter what country you are calling from, or what country you are calling to.

Step 1  Dial the number you wish to call in full international format.

Step 2  Press the call button

Step 3  In a few seconds your phone will ring

    Step 4  Answer this call

Step 5  You will hear a recorded voice that gives your credit balance are then you will be connected to the number you called.

Hint:  When calling someone in the same country as you, always dial as though you are calling from outside the country.

You may also dial using the TravelSIM Menu

The SIM Menu can also be used to place a call.  This method works best for some networks (U.A.E).  There are a few handsets that can only dial from the SIM menu.

    • Enter the full international number and press “ok”.

  6. How does someone call me on my TravelSIM?

They may contact your in one of two ways:

    1. They can call you direct on your TravelSIM number.
      • It begins with 372, and includes the country code.
      • If someone was calling you from New Zealand, from a land line they would dial
        • 00 372 ### ## ###
      • If someone was calling you from New Zealand, from a mobile they would dial
        • + 372 ### ## ###
    2. They can also contact you by dialling the TravelSIM FreeCall service: 0800 449 302
      • They simply dial 0800 449 302 and when asked
      • When prompted they enter your TravelSIM number (Do not enter the plus sign or 00)
